In 2008 I set out on a Journey inspired by Ann Spangler’s book – Praying the Names of God. I honestly had no idea what this journey was going to look like when I started, I had Ann’s book, a number of Bibles, concordances, dictionaries and commentaries – and a very new Bible Explorer program that I was filling with books as fast as my debit card would let me!
The result — Blog posts four and a half miles long full of the deep study I did and the resources I sited along with a deep and personal relationship with God that marked out every aspect of my life that year. It still amazes me!
I have gotten all the posts moved over from my old blog, and find it no wonder that still the #1 thing that brings people to my blog from search engines is the Names of God study that I charted in those wonderful weeks and months of 2008. I, too, am looking for the cross stitch pattern for the Hebrew Names of God. I saw this done and hung on the wall at Precept Ministries in Chattanooga, TN.
